OC Rtn  Alex Chang thanked  all
chairpersons present, PP Albert & PP
Quah,  for their     guidance and tireless
work during the year.   Special thanks went
out to PP Muslim for uploading all the
bulletins and updating our website.    The
Committee observed a  moment of  silence
to the great work contributed weekly  by  the
late PP VG on Rotary  information.

PP Rosemarie was thanked for always  
having Rotary at heart, looking after the
interest of our club.   The committee
thanked her for allowing us to use her office
to hold our last meeting.  Her witty jokes
and revelations of some ‘secrets’ of her  
industry opened our eyes.  

The committee thanked Rtn Patrick Lee for
always taking some of the  pictures   
featured in the bulletins and website;  Rtn  
Lawrance Annies uploading the pictures
taken by various  Rotarians to the Picasa
website.

Rtn Alex thanked President Leong for giving
the post to him,  he thanked all members
present and those who are absent who
contributed to the Public Relation of the
Club by organising, participating in the
various projects.

The meeting ended at 330pm with a vote of
thanks to the host PP Rose and the Chair
